YOLO offers an absolute 7-days money back guarantee on all our ranges and smart watches variety.  In case the customers face any issues with our products, they can return it within seven days and have their money back. In any case of refund/exchange, we will not refund shipping charges.

Product Condition When Returned

There are certain conditions that must be followed, when the product is returned, such as,

• The product must be unworn.
• Must be in its original packaging
• Along with the original receipt,
• Claimed within 7 days of delivery.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange and return.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

• Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been shipped to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
