Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love our YOLO purchase! Here's how we handle returns for different situations:

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, don't worry! We'll arrange a free pickup (If available) of the incorrect item or you can courier it to our office.

  • The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging, sealed in its original packaging, and include all supporting documentation and accessories.
  • Once we receive the product, we'll check, replace & dispatch the correct one within 24-48 hours.

Damaged Goods Received

If your YOLO product arrives damaged, you can claim a replacement. However, you must provide video proof of the damage.

  • Please make a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This video will serve as proof that you received a damaged item.

Important Note: Failure to provide video proof or providing it after unboxing the product will invalidate your claim(s).

How to Request

Once we get your return, we'll process your exchange within 24-48 hours
