We want you to love our YOLO purchase! ! Here's how we handle returns for different situations:

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, don't worry! We'll arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item.

  • Once we receive the wrong product, we'll dispatch the correct one within 7 working days.
  • To qualify, the product must be unused, with undamaged packaging, sealed in its original packaging, and include all supporting documentation and accessories.

Damaged Goods Received

If your YOLO product arrives damaged, you can claim a return. However, you must provide video proof of the damage.

  • Please make a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This video will serve as proof that you received a damaged item.

Important Note: Failure to provide video proof or providing it after unboxing the product will invalidate your return claim.
