Warranty & Repair Policy
At YOLO, we understand that accidents happen. That's why we're here to make your digital lifestyle process as smooth as possible for you.
For Smartwatches:
We offer a 6-12 months brand warranty on all our products, ensuring your peace of mind and the reliability of our products.
For Speakers and Earbuds:
Our Smartwatches, Speakers, Power banks and Earbuds come with a 07-day replacement and refund warranty, along with a 6-month replacement warranty.
- Initial 07-Day Replacement: During the first 07 days, if the product is faulty upon delivery or if the wrong product is delivered, we provide a replacement. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the seal intact.
- After 07 Days: After the initial 07 days, customers can claim the after-sales warranty if the product is damaged or not performing as expected. We will provide repair services, with customers responsible for the cost of spare parts and logistics (if incurred).
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects due to misuse, liquid damage, physical abuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Units tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or if the warranty seal is broken.
- Damages caused by accidents, lightning, or acts of God.
- Burns due to power failure or voltage surge.
- The box/warranty card with the serial number must be preserved during the entire warranty period.
