How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place the order, you will get an order confirmation call from our representative. He will verify the order details of the given information.

How do I place an order?

It is simple, click on the desired product, choose the color variation you want, press the “Add to Cart” button, go to the cart page, add the details asked on the page, add payment details, and press the “Place the Order” button.

Can I modify an order?

Yes, order can be modified within 24 hours after placing an order. However order cannot be modified after shipping.

Can I exchange/refund/cancel the article I ordered online?

Can I open the parcel/order at the time of delivery?
