Refund Policy

At YOLO, we understand that accidents happen. That's why we're here to make your digital lifestyle process as smooth as possible for you.

For YOLO only, you are entitled to a refund if there is a major failure, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In the case of a minor failure, we reserve the right to offer repair only, and may not offer a refund.

If your YOLO arrives damaged, you can claim a refund. However, you must provide video proof of the damage.

  • Please make a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This video will serve as proof that you received a damaged item.

Important Note: Failure to provide video proof or providing it after unboxing the product will invalidate your refund claim.

For YOLO we offer a 3-month replacement warranty, and no refunds should be entertained.
